Purpose of the Job:
Directly support
Ceres Power in the development of its solid oxide technology through the provision
of robust and reliable assets required for the operation of test stands and test
equipment. As the design authority for Test Assets, engage with the Test stakeholders
to understand requirements, develop robust designs and work with the Facilities
team to deliver the associated designs. Support and lead issues associated with
Test Assets. Ensure auditable data on the operation of the Test Assets is
produced in line with company quality processes. Maintain and, where
appropriate, modify test equipment. Support the Test Capability Team Lead with scheduling
and planning activities.

in the global transition to clean, affordable energy to help tackle climate
change and air pollution. We are looking for a highly-motivated Engineer to
join a high-performing, fast paced and expanding test team. As an Asset Engineer,
you will directly support the development of the technology by ensuring
availability of robust and reliable Test Assets that are required for the
operation of the circa. 90 test stands we have on-site. The role will require
you to work closely with the Facilities team to identify arising issues and
determine fast and effective resolutions to maintain test operation. The
successful candidate for this position will have excellent communication and
negotiation skills, and a proven track record in delivering robust engineering
solutions in an industrial setting.
